It is real, as the .gov address shows. It is funny in a wierd sort of way. Still, Jesus and Mary are very typical spanish names. Then again, Jesus (Joshua) and Mary (not sure the actual name) were typical 1 Century Hebrew names.
I am really enjoying your blog. It has the right mix of serious and humorous articles.

Thanks so much Jettboy, what a nice compliment. Good for you knowing that Jesus’ name is really Joshua, I’m surprised at the amount of ignorance out there…are you Mormon or do you just like writing about Mormonism?

I am very much Mormon. I am also somewhat interested in the historical Jesus, although with a believer’s views of Jesus as the Christ. If I could suggest adding a few more posts on that if you can find them. After all, Jesus came from somewhere and lived someplace- even if what he did was of eternal significants.
